I read in Soompi that the girl cried when her mother told her that they were leaving. Somin pacified her by carrying her and walked with her around the studio for awhile.
Take a look at the picture carefully -- they're in a different room or place and HJ and MM were wearing different clothes.
Maybe both are still waiting to shoot thier next scene or maybe, just maybe, they went out for coffee or dinner? ;)

Apparently, their closeness with Eun Jo or Choi Won Hong (in real life) didn't end after PK because he had gone out with SoMin to see a play and had gone to watch HJ play soccer.
