The cap is just one of the caps I sent HJ late last year.  What's the big deal about it? 
I sent my gifts to MM, HJ and Modu in care of MM to her agency (previous agency, that is).  *wink-wink*
MM confirmed receipt of my gifts (all in one package) by posting this in twitter with a caption "...all gifts are perfect".  I think it's just to say she received every items.  ;) 
and this one
in separate occasions (both packages have gifts for the family).  hahaha   
The cap by the way is of the SF 49ers.  But, SF can also stand for "Somin Forever"!  *wink-wink*
